Here are the step to be follow :-
First open RUN
Type gpedit.msc click ok.
Local Group Policy Editor Window will appear in the screen
Expand user
configuration -->
Administrative Templates -->
systems
On the right side windows you will see :- ( Prevent access to registry editing tool )
Double click on it and select disable and click on apply
and then ok
Now all done..
