All exe file change to .txt file

Here are steps:-

1. open RUN by pressing windows button and R.

2. Type regedit

3. click ok

4. it will open registry editor in your screen

5. Now navigate
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.exe\

6. Click on OpenWithList. Delete anything on the right hand pane

7. Click on OpenwithProgIDs.There should be an entry there called exe file. Double click on that and delete  any value inside, making it zero.
 

 8. Now restart your pc... all done, enjoy
