Now how to resolve this problem
First be in safe side. Take backup of you mail or .pst and
also rule and alerts.
Rules and alerts
Many time 90% chances is with Rule and alerts, as we
configure rule and alerts more than one times, it will happen to remove rule
and alerts follow this step..

E-mail rule tab.. Here we will find the entire rule which we configured. Now we
need to do, just uncheck the rule which is more than one time click on OK,
Check now.
Firewall
When there is firewall unable between the mail client and
the mail server then I may happen…
For this you have to disintegrate the firewall which is default
unable to your mail client or it may be your antivirus firewall which you have
to turn off from your antivirus.
Configuration of multiple email ids
It means if you configure multiple ids to mail client for eg
:- abcd@gmail.com and xyz@gmail.com then there will be problem with
the mail receiving.
Delete profile
Last option is to delete profile mail profile. For this you
have to follow this step.
Control panel à
Mail àclick
on Show Profile àDelete
Next time when you will open Microsoft outlook or any other
mail client then it will ask to configure email account….
